Reporting Content
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to report it with the “report” button under the post. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is appropriate. However, the site is designed to rely on users reporting posts to keep only relevant posts on the site.
Removing Content
We reserve the right to remove any particular board for any reason. We will grant moderation privileges over boards to individuals who help start them in special cases, however we reserve the right to remove the privilege at any time, for any reason.
This site is in no way affiliated with any school in particular, nor is the content in any way a reflection of any particular school. We are not maintained, moderated, or run by any school or by any school administration.
5CENE relies on you, the user to help regulate the forum. You choose your own level of discussion.
We urge users to report posts that are any of the following:

News
The News syndication tool (henceforth called, "News") is designed to help you find news information that resides on sites not owned or controlled by 5CENE. In particular, News provides brief descriptions of news stories to help you identify the stories of interest to you. When you select a story, you will be linked to the news site on which that story appears. 5CENE owns and retains all intellectual property rights to the Service; but 5CENE does not claim ownership rights to the full news stories, which are instead held by the sites to which News links. The opinions and claims in the news stories are offered by the original publishers, not by 5CENE, and 5CENE does not claim responsibility for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of any content syndicated on News.
Classifieds
The classifieds posting tool (henceforth called, "Classifieds") is designed to facilitate transactions at the Claremont Colleges. Classifieds claims only to connect buyers and sellers, not ensure the transaction or guarantee it. 5CENE does not bear responsibility of the products offered or for the transactions attempted.
